Best of the Best 2013 at the National Conference of our marketing coaches in January..
A nice one to have in the cabinet as it reflected the tremendous hard work put in by our marketing team, led by Joanne and her "we don't do vanilla" squad. With a recession,what recession? attitude, the team delivered the best year in the history of Oliver's Dental Studio with more new patients than ever before.
Voted for by a room of over 100 leaders in dental customer service,including many top dentists and their teams,this award is particularly humbling and we were very grateful of the support of our peers.
Never been slow to party here at Oliver's we celebrated outrageously in Leeds,work hard play hard as they say.

Moving into February we were delighted to be able to announce an exciting year of involvement with one of the leading sporting teams in the country.
Studio owner Michael shook hands on a deal that sees Oliver's as the Official Dental Partner to Durham County Cricket Club,particularly pleasing in an exciting Ashes Year for our friends at the Durham Club.
Michael welcomes Sales Director Tom Seymour to Oliver's as we are honoured to become part of the Durham CCC family.
The arrangement sees the Studio offering a bespoke service to the players and staff at Durham. Professional sportsmen aim high in their fitness levels these days and we look forward to helping Durham's cricketing stars with the dental side of their health regime.

To add to the great start to 2013 we were delighted that our friend and patient,Ursula Smith,has just won Smile of the Year at the Sunderland Style Awards.At this glittering awards night,Ursula picked up the star smile award, a huge confidence boost for a lady who just a year ago was reluctant to smile. Having completed a course of smile improvement therapy with dentist Michael Oliver,Ursula has new found confidence in her smile. Looking good Ursula.
